Play every day with your child

The benefit of playing especially for new born babies is that it helps develop their brain in early stage if their life. Playing is children’s way of learning things and a way to practice their movements and body capacity. Playtime helps build your kids, self-esteem, self- confidence and self-concept it also helps them socialize with other kids and respect other’s differences and needs.
Kids who are allowed out freely play outdoors, instructive play time under their parents supervision are often times more social than kids who rarely play with other kids. Kids who are allowed and can freely interact with other kids learn more to respect others and to learn and value other’s needs and capability.
Starting early on playtime for your kids may be outdoors in the playground or play group from your community is a really good idea, it also gives you a good time to bond with your kids and set aside the stress of daily routines. If you are at home schedule an hour or two with your child where you can play together with his or her interactive toys or you can spend an hour every night before bed time to read a book together.
Event he shower or bath time you can have a playtime with your child. To make it more fun put your child if he or she is months old in baby bath seat so you can use your hands freely to play with the bubbles and his or her toys with her or him.
Toys plays a very important role in your child’s life, toys help your child develop her brain cells and motor skills; therefore choose toys that fits her age and stage. If your child is still on lying stage you can have baby play mats with colorful textures and interactive toys your baby can explore and play with. Spend some time with your child on the floor and play with her.
For bed time you can read with your child until he or she falls asleep, it gives them security and soothing and relaxed feeling to be able to snuggle with you before they fall asleep. This will strengthen the bond between you and your child also it strengthens the identity of a child and their self esteem.
