Lots of parents make a bath time for their baby especially for new born babies a relaxing and calming event before bed time. This is a good idea also for new born babies being in the bed relaxed and clean after a soothing bath time can give them a good night sleep. But for toddlers this might help as well but bath time for toddlers should be made fun and adventurous this is also a way of letting their excess energy put to use.
Bathing can of course be done whenever you have the time and what time of the day is more convenient for you and your child. There’s no rule on when to give your child a bath. There’s always a time for a fun and exciting bath time for your child especially if you have all the baby essentials that you need for your bathing time for your kids.
For your new born baby a baby bath tub with baby bath seat is needed, other baby bath essentials and items can be purchased separately or by sets. Bath essentials for babies like shampoo soap, towels and cloths, sometimes even hair brush and lotions are included in a baby bath set.
Lots of babies enjoy bath time, but not all of them. Some are scared of the shower, water or the big bath tub you have in your bathroom. How to help your kids enjoy their bath time is to make it fun as possible for them. You can either join your baby’s bath time if you have a big and spacious bath tub. Make sure you put your baby on a baby bath seat so she or he can move freely and play in the bath tub. It is also convenient for you.
You can add toys on your tub for your baby to play it will take her mind of her fear of bathing. Make a bubble bath; you can even buy colored soap that will give the water a funny color and bubbles. Kids are attracted to shapes and colors and different exciting water toys. There are different kind of baby bath toys you can purchase, water slide or floating animals and other interactive bath toys for your little one.
